2025 ANNUAL REPORT
What is your assessment of 2025 ?
2025 conf irms the solidity of our model . Indicators
are at the expected level : 432 , 767 tonnes of oil declared
as having been placed on the market , 240 , 455 gross
tonnes of waste oil collected , a collection rate of 57 . 3 %
— still above the regulatory objective — and an 86 . 6 %
regeneration / recycling rate . The sector remains on
course . We have also reinforced our steering capacity :
fall in eco - fees , accompaniment to help members
with declarations and audits , a campaign to re - contact
non - contributors , a study of the collectable feedstock .
To act , we need reliable data , clear rules and precise
tools . This is what we ’ ve been working on since 2022 .
The major shift in 2025 is the switch
to a mixed EPR model . But what exactly
does this change ?
It transforms our capacity to act . CYCLEVIA keeps its
f inancial role , but it can now directly organise collection
and treatment operations , with selected partner opera -
tors . We ’ re not replacing the existing mechanism , we ’ re
adding to it . Ma collecte is the concrete ref lection of this
system . A professional or a local authority can contact
CYCLEVIA to collect its waste oil , follow the operation
remotely and guarantee that its waste is sent for recy -
cling . In 2025 , we ’ ve laid the basis for this : contracts ,
partners , platform , f irst contact with waste holders . . .
We now need to put the service in place in such a way
as to take account of all the initial feedback .
What are the major projects for the next
stages of accreditation ?
There are three priority projects for the immediate
future prepare for and launch the integration of the
sector s sales packaging into our scope of responsibility
continue to provide solutions adapted to the overseas
departments and territories but also wherever our
general interest mission obliges us to take action and
lastly to establish Ma collecte as the standard practice
amongst professionals and local authorities alike
These three projects all correspond to the same ob
jective to make the circular progression of the sector
a concrete reality
The switch to a mixed EPR model
the launch of the Ma collecte solution
targeted actions in the f ield and the
forthcoming integration into the sector
of oil and lubricant sales packaging in 2025
CYCLEVIA has stepped up its momentum
to begin a new more operational phase
“ In 2025 , CYCLEVIA
is changing scale ,
but not direction ”
