ation and love and promote DEI in our workplaces so that
our society is equally represented
Since our statement of intent to promote DEI in 2021 our
Talent Culture and Sustainable Development team has
launched several initiatives to achieve our objectives Our
DEI action plan is both f lexible and durable and puts people
at the forefront of our organizational transformations It is
our collective responsibility to be the ambassadors of a
healthy and respectful environment
To achieve this we are rolling out a training strategy so that
every employee understands our expectations in terms of
respect and civility Our plan includes training and coach
ing to raise awareness and integrating DEI in all our prac
tices and businesses processes
