We know that the well-being of the planet and of society
is everyone’s business. This certainty is mirrored by our
decision to integrate our ESG strategy into our 2025 strategic
business plan. This strategic vision is shared by our entire
organization, and everyone is fully engaged in this initiative.
We’re fortunate to be able to count on cutting-edge and
diversif ied expertise within our governance bodies to guide
us in ESG.
→ 50% of the Board of Directors has ESG expertise. We
also rely on our directors’ diverse backgrounds to propel
innovation during major strategic discussions.
→ 25% of our Board of Directors are women.
→ 10% of the Executive Committee are women.
→ Our managers have been with us for an average of
8years and their average age is 44
In 2022 we continued to strengthen our governance
structure to meet our growth challenges optimize our
eff iciency and ensure ongoing ESG strategy integration in
the way we do things
Furthermore we created an Audit and Risk Committee
within our Board of Directors Seven people sit on this
committee including three independent administrators and
four members of our senior management
We also added independent directors to the boards of
Borea Construction and ITC Construction Group
The ESG Advisory Committee continued to guide the
integration of our ESG strategy into our operations from
coast to coast
Were doing everything we can to make sure that our
organization is representative of the society we live in We
want to increase the number of women on the Board of
Directors so that they represent at least 33 of independent
members by 2024
