To enhance our offer we conducted an organizational
survey among all our employees at the beginning of 2023
to gauge their satisfaction with our company notably in
regards of DEI The survey allowed each person to self
identify according to their preferred gender This was also
an opportunity to announce the creation of a new value
proposition for employees VPE illustrated in the initiatives
described below
