In 2023 our Ethics and Compliance team will continue laying
the groundwork for its program based on the policies and
control measures we def ined Ultimately our hope is that
questions about our business integrity will be an integral
part of our decisionmaking processes to preserve our
good standing
The ethics program prioritizes employee training and
awareness It aims to detect potential noncompliance
with laws or with our code of ethics and policies for our
employees as well as for our subcontractors and partners
through a reporting mechanism among other means
Guided by our values our corporate culture encourages
our teams to discuss ethical issues openly and resolve
them as they arise Thanks to the expertise of the Ethics
and Compliance team resources are available to guide our
people in making decisions about ethical dilemmas
