Imagining new possibilities with AXLAB and realizing them through FOX

The La Factry campus is something of a crossroads between creativity and construction and that s where we set up AXLAB, our new R&D and innovation laboratory. Nothing changes faster than technology, and AXLAB allows us to stay up-to-date on the latest advances in construction.

The Foundation for Operational Excellence (FOX) is what drives Pomerleau's continuous improvement, change management, and innovation transfer, with new tools Pomerleau project teams can use from needs definition to deployment. FOX ensures that new ideas are scaled quickly, efficiently, and seamlessly across all our offices and project sites across Canada.

From idea to implementation, AXLAB and FOX ensure the improvement and deployment of processes and tools technological and otherwise whether it s to account for carbon in buildings, to optimize project schedules, or to integrate a new policy for community engagement.

39 employees regularly working on R&D projects.

10 % of these employees work on R&D projects full-time.
