With a view to maintaining our gains while also im- proving our OHS performance, we are focusing on prevention through leadership, communication, training, digitalization, and shared expe- riences. We want everyone on our worksites to become immersed in our culture of prevention, from in-house employees to our specialized partners.
We are implementing a robust and mature OHS management system that ensures worker protection and incident prevention. We are also leveraging technology, automation, and digitalization, to ensure the immediate and future wellbeing of the Pomerleau workforce.
