In 2021, our team developed the 5-360 digital application, an essential prevention tool. Prior to construction activities, each supervisor must list the tasks to be performed during the day, and identify potential OHS and environmental hazards as well as the control measures required to avoid any incidents and mitigate risks. Before starting their day, workers learn about the task to be performed, any inherent risks, and the conditions to be put in place to work safely. By promoting dialogue between workers and supervisors, the 5-360 application is an effective tool that promotes both safety and open communications on the job site.

The VR module is available to all Pomerleau workers; it uses virtual reality to increase awareness of critical risks and of best practices to eliminate, circumvent, or mitigate risk situations.
