As with all our fields of activity, we have adopted a declaration to for- malize our intention to promote DEI. In 2022-2023, our Talent, Culture, and Leadership (TCL) team will lead the initiative to better integrate DEI into our culture and our ways of doing things at all levels from the Board of Directors, to all of our teams, including management.
