I am very proud to see Pomerleau embark on an authentic journey so that all of our employees and stakeholders are able to see themselves more in our ways of doing things. We are committed to showing empathy, humility, and ambition, and to making Pomerleau an even better company, where everyone has a place.

As with all our fields of activity, we have adopted a declaration to for- malize our intention to promote DEI. In 2022-2023, our Talent, Culture, and Leadership (TCL) team will lead the initiative to better integrate DEI into our culture and our ways of doing things at all levels from the Board of Directors, to all of our teams, including management.

To promote friendly and respectful relationships, to raise our level of individual and collective consciousness, to bring to life our value of love. Together, everywhere, all the time. It's our duty. Let's commit to making Pomerleau an even better company, where everyone has their place.

By 2022, communicate our DEI statement of intent, and roll out Respect and Civility training across our operations.

By 2023, establish an advisory committee, and deploy training and coaching strategy with the aim of raising DEI awareness among Pomerleau managers.

By 2023, complete the review of our key talent management processes, to better integrate DEI into our ways of doing things.
