Our project management process has been transformed, with all data now centralized in a single platform. The CORTEX process is inte- grated into a project s entire lifecycle through predefined milestones: Upstream (at 0%), throughout the progress of work (at 10%, 50% and 80% of the project) and upon project completion (at 100%). At each milestone, various stakeholders are required to answer questions to assess the risks and impacts associated with the project.
By cross-referencing the results from this process with data from the assessment of specialized partners, we can assess a project s performance at different stages of progress, identify situations of risk and what measures to adopt to ensure sound risk-management, and ensure that we maintain good relationships with our partners.
Systematization of CORTEX, the digital tool for centralizing project data

Integrated Cancer Centre, Hôpital de l'Enfant-Jésus: industry transformation driven by digitalization
→ In 2021 alone, 42 digital initiatives were being researched and developed by AXLAB.
Of all the initiatives managed by the Innovation team, 26 aimed at digitaliztion processes; 13 were deployed in 2021 and the other 13 will be deployed in 2022.
2,333 participants benefited from training programs in digital initiatives.
Pomerleau has also forged solid expertise in building information modelling (BIM) and virtual design and construction (VDC), two of the most advanced approaches for our construction projects. Across our projects, 47% of them use both VDC and BIM approaches, while 25% of project sites use one of these technologies or the other. This means that these BIM and/or VDC approaches are used on
72 % of our projects.
