Building sustainable projects

In order to develop a comprehensive picture of our emissions, we are continuing our assessment and developing the reasoning of our Scope 3 emissions to develop specific objectives to address the most important emission sources. To do this, our aim is to complete a comprehensive picture of our Scope 3 GHG emissions from emissions- intensive materials and services.

We want to increase the number of certified, sustainable, and energy- efficient buildings that are built in graphic form, to accelerate the transition to a low-carbon economy.

To achieve this, we invest time and effort to share our expertise at all levels:

258 members of our teams have been trained in energy efficiency, renewable energy, and sustainable construction.

If we want to limit the impacts of climate change by 2050 and beyond, it s essential that we set ambitious but realistic goals for reducing our emissions and that we do everything possible to achieve those goals. Protecting the ecosystems that support life on Earth is vitally important and something we are committed to do. 1,080 hours of training in energy efficiency, renewable energy, and sustainable construction were offered to our teams, specifically regarding is- sues and opportunities that the ecological transition presents for our industry.

As one of the first construction companies to be a member of the Canada Green Building Council, we have a team of 24 employees with expertise in energy efficiency, renewable energy, and/or sustainable construction.

51% of our construction projects are certified sustainable or in the process of being certified.4
