As we worked to build a health services centre on one of the largest military bases in Canada, the project management team took the ini- tiative during their lunch breaks to involve everyone on-site, including teams from specialized partners, in a charity barbecue. The funds that were raised went to a local food bank, the Oromocto Food & Clothing Bank.
Partnership with Nature Conservancy of Canada
Pomerleau has pledged to support the Nature Conservancy of Canada, an organization dedicated to the protection and restoration of biodiversity, with a $250,000 donation over five years. This amount will be used to preserve natural habitats in Beauce, Quebec, near the community where Pomerleau first began.
Douglas Foundation: Building Hope The movement 2021
In addition to the $25,000 donated in 2021, we supported the Douglas Foundation in their Let's Build Hope campaign on social networks. This campaign aimed at breaking the taboos surrounding mental health disorders, and reminding us of the importance of research on the subject.
