In partnership with Blackned, a local Cree construction company, we developed this mass timber project with 100% local labour. Due to health and safety restrictions linked to the COVID-19 pandemic, a worksite bubble was created for this project, allowing our teams to develop a close and collaborative relationship.

Charles-Etienne Bergeron Project Director - Civil & Infrastructures

These initiatives have made it possible to develop the team s common interests, to get involved with the community, and to encourage the search for future initiatives that, among other things, enable continued positive relationships with the Indigenous communities involved in the project.
