The Talent, Culture, and Leadership (TCL) team has pushed an inte- grated approach that puts managerial accountability at the heart of the employee experience, with the goal of aligning Pomerleau's talent development with the company s strategic plan. Our integrated pro- gram focuses on:

→ A healthy organizational structure;

→ Clear roles, expectations and responsibilities;

→ Excellence in health, safety and the environment;

→ Strong leadership skills for our managers;

→ Effective performance evaluations and feedback;

→ Professional development of employees in the company;

→ Fair and more transparent remuneration.

With these goals in mind, we have modified our annual collaboration meeting process to encourage personal introspection and construc- tive feedback, and to give everyone the tools to grow with us.

Deploying a new global employee experience structure

Investing in training

More and more training is being offered, to allow employees to reach their full potential:

We allocate an average of

$1,600 in training to each administrative employee, or 20.5 hours of formal training per year;

In 2021, our teams benefited from 317 external training sessions, 1,033 online training sessions, and 151 courses with an instructor.

Types of training offered

99 % of administrative employees and 97% of project site employees participated in an annual collabo- ration meeting to discuss their performance and development, to help them progress further.
