The Talent, Culture, and Leadership (TCL) team has pushed an inte- grated approach that puts managerial accountability at the heart of the employee experience, with the goal of aligning Pomerleau's talent development with the company s strategic plan. Our integrated pro- gram focuses on:

With these goals in mind, we have modified our annual collaboration meeting process to encourage personal introspection and construc- tive feedback, and to give everyone the tools to grow with us.
