In collaboration with the FOX team, we developed the Green Site Stan- dard, a unique service to help support our clients implement concrete measures to significantly reduce the environmental impacts of their projects specifically their carbon footprint. This initiative makes it possible to:
→ Calculate a project s GHG emissions.
→ Choose a tailor-made package from 76 concrete mitigation measures.
→ Offset emissions that cannot be avoided by investing in carbon sinks on behalf of the project.

This project is our very first designed in accordance with the most rigorous voluntary ener- gy standards: the Passive House Standard. This living environment also incorporates a green terrace and a green roof.

We are working with industry partners to deliver the Réseau ex- press métropolitain (REM) project, a defining project for the energy transition. The REM will advance the electrification of transportation by emphasizing the shift away from single-driver cars in favour of a 100% electric and automated light metro system spanning 67 km and 26 stations across Greater Montreal.
