High school construction projects: aiming for LEED Silver certification
Developing innovations that facilitate our partners and clients energy transition
Over the years, we have acquired expertise in innovation and technological development. This has allowed us to position ourselves as a pioneer company in the launch of BIM technology combined with 4D simulation, back in 2012. Our ability to constantly renew construction processes must now be used to benefit environmental issues.
There are many possibilities, and we have already begun work in several major promising areas:
→ Life cycle analysis: We are working to offer our clients the opportunity to account for the carbon footprint of their projects, from design to completion, by 2024.
→ Digitalization: We are working to optimize our work through data intelligence (BIM, VDC drones, 4D modelling) to reduce the environmental impacts of our projects. We also have the in-house ability to carry out a 6D project, an approach which allows energy assessments to be carried out during the design and operation phases of a construction project, as a means of defining a strategy for optimizing energy consumption.
→ Prefabrication: We are solidifying our prefabrication and modular construction methods as a means of reducing deadlines and costs, but also environmental impacts and irritants for neighbouring communities.
By mastering these technologies, we can change and evolve our industry s practices.
