Moët Hennessy inaugurates a new research center devoted to innovation

LVMH s premium champagnes, spirits and wines division Moët Hennessy inaugurated the Robert-Jean de Vogüé research center devoted to further- ing knowledge of winegrowing and evolving its practices. The building, designed by architect Giovanni Pace, is in France s Champagne region near the state-of-the-art Mont Aigu production facility. Its research will focus on four areas: biotechnology, plant physiology, process engineering and sensory analysis. The Robert-Jean de Vogüé research center will continue the initiatives for sustainable, resilient winegrowing unveiled in 2020 with the Living Soils Living Together program and help the Maisons transform their practices and share their knowledge with each other and with outside organizations.
