Our Flagship Achievements

Certif icate of Recognition: National

recognition of our commitment to OHS

In 2024, we earned the Certif icate of Recognition, or COR,

nation-wide—a vote of conf idence conf irming that our OHS

management system meets the rigorous standards recognized

by the Canadian Federation of Construction Safety Associa-

tions as well as provincial organizations.

This certif ication attests to the strength of our prevention

approach among our teams, partners and clients, as well as

our unwavering commitment to a healthy and safe work envi-

ronment. Our practices are aligned with Canada’s highest

requirements.

And our ambition doesn’t stop there: we’re aiming for ISO

45001 certification, the leading international standard for

OHS management. In 2025, we’ll be launching an audit to set

out our roadmap towards this objective. Step by step, we’re

continuing to raise our standards.

Builder Program: Strengthening our

network of excellence

How do we strengthen the safety culture at our worksites? By

equipping the people who oversee our sites. That’s exactly

what our Builder Program is offering: two-day training for our

worksite supervisors—superintendents, assistant superin-

tendents, forepersons and team leaders.

This intensive training covers all the key aspects of our

approach: our distinctive OHS philosophy, impact leadership

principles and practical tools to include health and safety in

every daily decision. Offered as soon as our people join our

ranks, the training helps everyone clearly understand their

role and responsibilities when it comes to OHS.

Our pilot project already prepared 20 people in 2024, and

that’s just the beginning—we plan to train another 150 people

in 2025 to create a comprehensive network of champions in

health and safety at all our worksites.

health and safety at Montreal’s Olympic Stadium

and health and safety go hand in hand.
