Good governance is for us a philosophy that puts sustai-
nable development at the heart of our corporate strategy.
We cultivate an environment where ethics, proactive risk
management and social accountability are the foundations
of our lasting presence.
Our governance structure ref lects this vision. An advisory
committee, reporting to the Executive Committee, makes
recommendations to guide our sustainability-related actions
and communications. It keeps our action plan on track, while
ensuring that it is well aligned with our corporate priorities
and our ability to meet our targets. The Executive Committee
reviews our performance every three months and shares our
results with two of the Board of Directors’ committees: the
Audit and Risk Committee, focusing on environmental issues,
Indigenous relations, community relations and innovation;
and the Talent, Culture and Leadership Committee, focusing
on equity, diversity and inclusion, as well as occupational
health and safety.
In the context of overall engagement, data protection is an
integral part of our priorities. Our cybersecurity team is always
looking for ways to strengthen our systems and protect the
sensitive and personal information entrusted to us.
When it comes to climate change, we rely on our culture of
innovation to develop practical solutions. We are working to
make risks and opportunities an integral part of our strategic
planning and risk management processes for our projects.
This approach is perfectly in step with our commitment to
Canadian Sustainability Disclosure Standards.
Whether it’s protecting our clients’ data, respecting human
rights along our supply chain or any other aspect of our ope-
rations, integrity guides every business decision we make.
We’re one of the rare construction
companies in North America with
ISO 27001:2022 certif ication,
which recognizes our concern for
cybersecurity.
Our analysis of the risks
and opportunities related to
climate change enables us
to strengthen our resilience.
The members of our Board of Directors
and senior management are actively
driving our responsible development
practices: 36 meetings devoted to
these issues in 2024.
