Collaboration that creates value
Every project is unique, and we adapt our approach to its
particular nature. When possible, we prioritize collaborative
business models. Because rallying all the stakeholders—
clients, architects, engineers and worksite teams—right
from the start, creates opportunities to f ind better solutions
together. Outcome: optimized designs, controlled costs,
timely delivery and, ultimately, quality structures with supe-
rior durability.
Forward-looking construction
We’ve laid our path to reach net-zero emissions by 2050. But
we’re taking it one step further by lending our expertise to
our clients. On one hand, our experts are supporting clients
in obtaining stringent environmental certif ications—LEED,
Envision, Passive House, Zero Carbon Building and Green
Globes. On the other, our expertise in prefabrication, life cycle
analysis and use of sustainable materials, like low-carbon
concrete and mass timber, help them reduce their projects’
carbon footprint.

How We Work
A steadfast commitment
to putting people f irst
Safety f irst—always. Our deepest commitment is to ensure
that each person—whether on our worksites or simply pas-
sing by—goes home at the end of each day, uninjured. We
also want to steer the entire industry towards ever-higher
standards. In addition to this imperative, we create an envi-
ronment where every person can reach their full potential.
We work actively on integrating equity, diversity and inclu-
sion in all aspects of our organization. One of our priorities is
to promote the presence of women in our traditionally male
industry. We know that this diversity will enrich our teams
and strengthen our capacity to innovate.

Quality that’s measurable
The Quality team is an integral part of every project, from the
initial concept to f inal delivery. Our management systems are
certif ied under ISO 9001:2015 (quality), 14001:2015 (environ-
ment), 27001:2013 (information security) and 19650:2018 (Buil-
ding Information Modelling, or BIM). Our work processes for
major projects also received ISO 9001 certif ication—proving
that the way we manage these large-scale projects meets
the highest standards.
