GOUVERNANCE
Data details
Our teams
The term “employees” designates anyone who works for us.
Among our employees, 2,442 people—including our admi-
nistrative and superintendent teams—are paid on an annual
basis. Our “worksite teams” include the people employed by us
and paid by the hour, while the term “workers” designates all
people working at our sites where we are the general contrac-
tor, whether they’re employed by us or by our trade partners.
Given their specif ic characteristics, some of the performance
indicators related to personnel pertain only to particular cate-
gories of employees, as indicated in the Appendix.
Our trade partners
This report presents only our environmental, social and gover-
nance performance. The contribution of our trade partners, to
whom we subcontract a large part of the work on our work-
sites and who indirectly inf luence our results, is taken into
consideration only in terms of our occupational health and
safety indicators.
Our projects
The terms “worksites” or “projects” include all of our construc-
tion operations, regardless of their contractual structure.
Our environmental calculations
The inventory of Scope 1 and Scope 2 GHG emissions follows the
GHG Protocol with an operational control approach and excludes
our joint-venture projects and those of our subsidiaries. In terms
of the circular economy, also excluding joint-venture projects and
those of our subsidiaries, we account for the residual materials
from all the worksites where we have a contractual obligation
to manage them. The data is provided by our mandated residual
materials management suppliers.
