About this report
This report on our sustainability journey is part of our volun-
tary disclosure approach, alternating between a comprehen-
sive report and a summary report from one year to another.
Following our 2023 summary, this is a comprehensive report
that describes a few of our projects, as well as our operations
and achievements in 2024. We drew on three internationally
recognized standards: the Sustainability Accounting Stan-
dards Board (SASB)
1
, the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI)
2
and
the Canadian Sustainability Disclosure Standards (CSDS)
3

We want to share our vision and trajectory towards a more res-
ponsible construction industry. By sharing our environmental,
social and governance performance, we help accelerate the
transformation of our industry.
Scope
This report looks at our construction and administration
operations within our three divisions (Buildings, Civil and
Infrastructure, and Major Projects), present in seven regions
across Canada (Atlantic, Saint-Georges, Quebec City, Montreal,
Ottawa, Toronto and Vancouver). Unless otherwise indicated,
our subsidiaries—Borea Construction, ITC Construction Group
and Pomerleau Capital—are not covered in this report.

that can impact our f inancial performance, and advocates for the use of
measurable and comparable data to guide investment decisions.
2 The GRI provides standards for the disclosure of non-f inancial information, which
allows us to communicate topics deemed important to our stakeholders.
3 The CSDS guide us towards better management and transparency regarding
climate-related risks.
Territorial recognition
Our activities span the many traditional territories of Indigenous
Peoples, each with its own history, culture and current reali-
ties. We respectfully recognize First Nations, Inuit and Métis
as the ancestral guardians of the land where we live and work
today. This ref lects our commitment to establishing genuine
and lasting relationships with Indigenous communities across
Canada.
