We believe that openness is a strength. That’s how we offer

With the infrastructure boom across Canada, we know that a truly

inclusive workplace is the key to our success. We’re committed

to helping women advance at all levels and empowering their

leadership, which has a positive effect on our entire organi-

zation. Research proves it: when women are well represented

and engaged, it fosters a culture of inclusion for everyone. We

take this engagement all the way to the worksite, where we

adapt environments to make them more welcoming for women

and facilitate their integration into our industry.

Equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) are also an integral part of

our annual review cycle. By making EDI everyone’s business—

not just a box to be ticked off—we’re reshaping the workplace

dynamic and strengthening our collective capacities.

Together, these approaches are helping build a more inno-

vative and resilient organization, ready to take on the chal-

lenges of tomorrow.

The proportion of women in management

positions increased from 21% in 2023 to

24% in 2024—another step towards a

better representation of women.

Nearly three-quarters of our

administrative teams were trained in

respect and civility, paving the way to a

more inclusive workplace.

Participation in our sustainable

development process: over 840 of our

people set objectives related to our

sustainability plan, with one-third focusing

on EDI advancement.
