Within Brammer, and across all our operating businesses, there is a broad range of different environmental initiatives being implemented every day to ensure that we work in a way that is compatible with the environmental and economic needs of the communities in which we operate. We constantly strive to balance growing energy needs whilst signifi cantly mitigating global carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions.

Brammer is working to ensure that all our businesses across the Group achieve a nationally or EU recognised environmental accreditation.

Brammer is also committed to helping to improve the environmental performance of our customers in order to meet their energy saving challenges. Improvements in energy savings has three key outcomes; the reduced cost to the plant, the related increase in competitiveness of European manufacturing and, perhaps even more importantly for the long term well being of the planet, the reduced carbon emissions from fuel consumption.
