Nomex™ comfort is new to our range (93% Nomex™, 5% kevlar, 2% P-140 Carbon fi bre) .The fi bres used in this fabric include 93% Meta- aramid which is an inherently fl ame resistant meta-aramid fi bre that does not melt, drip or continue to burn, providing natural fl ame resistance without the need for a chemical treatment in the textile process. These fi bres are blended with 5% Para-aramid for strength and is inherently antistatic by also incorporating 2% carbon fi bre for protection against electrostatic discharge hazards. The fabric has a fl uorocarbon fi nish providing oil and water repellency and helps to protect against stains.
