Performance
Tolerance on LED flux is ± 7% and on total luminaire power ± 5% (*) The nominal flux is an indicative LED flux @ Ts 85°C based on LED manufacturer s data. The real flux output of the luminaire depends on environmental conditions (e.g. temperature and pollution) and the optical efficiency of luminaire. The type of LED used is subject to change due to the ongoing rapid progress taking place in LED technology.
Construction Details The LEDTEC is an LED lowbay range designed for energy-efficient lighting in industrial and commercial environments. The luminaire range bears the SANS 60598 mark. The electronic power supply is suitable for operation with a 198- 264V 50Hz single phase system. The power factor is rated at ≥0,95. The LEDTEC range is designed to operate LED light sources of up to 138W in an ambient temperature (Ta) environment of up to 35˚C (LEDTEC R and LEDTEC S) or 40˚C (ECOTEC). The luminaire has an expected useful lifetime of 100 000 hours, at a lumen depreciation of not more than 30% (L70) at an ambient temperature (Tq) of 25˚C. The LEDs are high-efficient LEDs, 4000K at a colour rendering index ≥70. To maximize the reliability of the LEDs, the photometric engine is completely sealed to IP 66. This ensures that the photometric performance is maintained over time. Electronic temperature monitoring prevents overheating of LEDs and power supply (ThermiX®).
LEDTEC R & ECOTEC:
The luminaire consists of a marine grade high-pressure die-cast aluminium (EN 1706 AC-44300) optical housing, enclosed by a glass protector (IK 07) or optional polycarbonate protector (IK 10). The gear compartment is made of mild steel, dip coated by special automotive anti-corrosive marine grade process (e-coated) and epoxy powder coated to BEKA Schréder s renowned specification for exterior finishes to last even in the harshest environmental conditions.
LEDTEC S:
The luminaire consists of an IP 66 protected LED engine, which is thermally separated from the power supply/driver compartment. The luminaire housing is made of mild steel, dip coated by special automotive anti-corrosive marine grade process (e-coated) and epoxy powder coated to BEKA Schréder s renowned specification for exterior finishes to last even in the harshest environmental conditions. The protector is manufactured from high-impact clear flat glass (IK 07). Ease of installation is facilitated by the external mounting lugs and a hingeable connector plate.
