Continue to lead
the way in digitizing
the industry
→ Innovation → Culture of innovation
For over a decade, we’ve relied on the increased use of technology and digital data to
make our project systems and production processes more eff icient.
Thanks to Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Virtual Design Construction (VDC),
the vast majority of our projects have been improved, from design to execution. Among
our construction projects, 76% rely on both technologies, 71% rely exclusively on BIM
and 5% exclusively on VDC.
We’re focussing many of our efforts on process digitization to optimize our ways of doing
things and facilitate coordination across the life cycle of a project. In 2022, our AXLAB
and FOX teams worked on a total of 27 initiatives that employ technology and digital data
to improve various processes or pave the way for new activities. Of these 27 initiatives,
67% were developed or deployed:
— 41% are currently in development by our FOX team
— 26% were deployed by our FOX team
Other projects (33%) remain under analysis by the AXLAB team.
We also place a great deal of importance on training to ensure optimal use of
innovative tools. In 2022, our employees followed a total of 2,021 training sessions
on innovation tools.
