We believe that everyone should have an equal opportunity to reach their
potential to be successful, regardless of race, age, gender identity or
expression, sex, sexual orientation, language, religion, political opinion,
marital status, family situation or disabilities. We must adapt to ensure that
every person feels truly free and respected. We intend to strengthen our
corporate culture to better ref lect our values of excellence, authenticity,
adaptability, innovation and love, and promote DEI in our workplaces so that
our society is equally represented.
Since our statement of intent to promote DEI in 2021, our Talent, Culture and
Sustainable Development team has launched several initiatives to achieve our
objectives. Our DEI action plan is both f lexible and durable, and puts people
at the forefront of our organizational transformations. It is our collective
responsibility to be the ambassadors of a healthy and respectful environment.
To achieve this, we are rolling out a training strategy so that every employee
understands our expectations in terms of respect and civility. Our plan
includes training and coaching to raise awareness, and integrating DEI in all
our practices and businesses processes.
