Our six ESG priorities
The ESG strategy we established last year now guides all our practices
by always placing the emphasis on six priorities.
Across the board, our efforts focus on:
→ A culture of innovation, a way of thinking and acting that supports our environmental
transition and is leveraged across our entire ESG strategy.
We’re greening our value chain by contributing to:
→The f ight against climate change, to support the economic transition
toward a low-carbon future.
→The circular economy, to reduce the environmental footprint of our operations.
Our commitments aim to create a collective prosperity and support the best talent, by
focussing on:
→ Community relations, to sustain our social contribution beyond the life of our projects.
→ Indigenous relations, to maximize the participation of Indigenous communities
in our construction projects.
→ Diversity, equity and inclusion, to embrace the plurality of our employees, to facilitate
collaboration, and to create an even more productive environment for growth.
A strategy aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals
The United Nations’ 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are a universal action
plan that aims to place the well-being of the living world and the planet at the heart of
what matters. Across this report, you will read about the SDGs to which we contribute
signif icantly through our six priorities.
