Life cycle analysis (LCA) is an environmental assessment

methodology that takes into account each stage in the life

cycle of buildings and infrastructure. This innovation greatly

facilitates collaboration with our partners in delivering a sus-

tainable project with a lower environmental impact.

We have developed two service offers to respond to our

clients’ needs. The f irst responds to the requirements of

the LEED credit and the other allows for the integration of

the BIM model in the project to be analyzed so that we can

choose project components and opt for materials with a

low-carbon footprint. This reduces the environmental impact

of our projects right from the design phase, in particular

the embodied carbon and the emissions generated by our

construction activities.
