Our quality promise
A sense of partnership
with trade unions
To support our rapid growth and build a sustainable future, we
took concrete actions to maintain the human and f inancial per-
formance of our projects.
With increased collaboration between the Quality team’s 71 mem-
bers, our project teams and those from our Innovation group, we
optimized our quality management processes to reduce project
risks, from pre-construction right through to delivery. Quality
requirements are now featured on a visual dashboard. This struc-
tured work tool allows us to identify quality requirements and the
priorities of each project and to streamline planning, monitoring,
training and control.
To foster a culture of quality assurance within the organization,
we also reviewed the content and adapted the training process
to support the integration of the main functions related to pro-
ject execution and put in place measures to quantify the costs
of delivering non-quality.
This new sharing of responsibilities means that all our teams
speak the same language and can more effectively manage
the quality of our projects. Collaboration helps foster a culture
of quality assurance so that we can deliver higher-performing
projects, more eff iciently.
This quality assurance culture enhances our quality management
system which is ISO 9001:2015 certif ied, mature and constantly
evolving. Our system is applied to every one of our projects, from
coast to coast. In 2022, our teams conducted 95 quality audits.
Most of our employees who practise a construction trade
(excluding those in supervisory positions) are unionized. We
approach our union relationships as collaborations, and we’re
proud to offer all workers respectful, advantageous and fair
working conditions.
