our key processes by 2024.
Over the next few years, we plan to review
our recruitment and talent management
processes to integrate respect, civility and
DEI in the training programs offered by the
Talent, Culture and Sustainable Develop-
ment team. This will allow us to position
DEI at the centre of our talent management
approach.
