Big Bang : 20 years

of creative design

When Hublot introduced its Big Bang model in 2005 ,

the Maison did more than just launch a new watch

design : it revolutionized the world of watchmaking .

What started out as a simple project has since

become a 21st - century icon .

In 2025 , Big Bang celebrated its twentieth anniversary ,

returning to its roots with Big Bang Original Unico .

This new design ushers Big Bang into a new era while

retaining its characteristic identity . The movement

is   based on the in - house Unico mechanism , a true

technical marvel that incorporates five patented

innovations . The automatic chronograph ’ s 354 com -

ponents are revealed through a sapphire crystal case .

At the same time , the Big Bang has retained all the   ele -

ments that make it a masterpiece of design . The same

goes for the fusion of materials – ceramic , titanium ,

King Gold – and for the striking contrast between the

watch ’ s vertical brushed and polished finishings .

Big Bang Original Unico launched with four models

showcasing the materials that form the foundation

of   the Art of Fusion by Hublot . Together , they tell

the story of 20 years of research and craftsmanship

combined into a single iconic design
