— In 2025 , La Galerie Dior and the Azzedine Alaïa
Foundation presented an exceptional dual exhibition
spotlighting Azzedine Alaïa , a devoted collector
and admirer of Christian Dior . Very early in his career ,
Azzedine Alaïa quietly assembled a remarkable
collection of some 600 heritage Dior pieces . More
than one hundred were unveiled for the first time
at La Galerie Dior , highlighting the collector ’ s deep
reverence for Christian Dior and the designers
who succeeded him , from Yves Saint Laurent
to John Galliano . Simultaneously , the Azzedine
Alaïa Foundation brought together works by
the two couture masters at its Paris venue in an
unprecedented exhibition curated by Olivier Saillard
in collaboration with Gaël Mamine This dual
event offered a new interpretation of Dior s history
through the eyes of a discerning collector

LOUIS VUITTON :
100 YEARS OF ART DECO
— The Louis Vuitton Art Deco exhibition in Paris
marked the 100
th
anniversary of the 1925
International Exhibition of Modern Decorative
and Industrial Arts . Designed as an immersive
experience , it retraced the Maison ’ s participation
in this landmark event that defined the Art Deco
movement . It also highlighted the legacy
of Gaston - Louis Vuitton , the founder ’ s grandson ,
whose avant - garde spirit , artistic vision and keen
aesthetic sensibility left a lasting imprint on
the Maison ’ s history . Since its founding in 1854 ,
Louis Vuitton has accompanied generations of
travelers with trunks and accessories that combine
craftsmanship , functionality and elegance .
