As industry leader , LVMH also endeavors to raise public

cially among younger generations , through its Inside
LVMH program and the Métiers d ’ Excellence initiative .
The Inside LVMH learning platform offers an immer -
sive deep dive into the Group ’ s 75 Maisons and the
vast range of professions and careers they offer . Some
470 , 000 people from 3 , 000 schools around the world
have already registered since the platform was launched
in 2021 , and more than 190 , 000 people have earned
Inside LVMH certificates .
Similarly , through LVMH Métiers d ’ Excellence and its
IME institute , which has a presence in six countries ,
the Group is passing on its unrivaled expertise to
younger generations and people looking for a career
change in professions ranging from design to crafts -
manship and the customer experience .
Since 2014 , more than 3 , 800 apprentices have
been trained in 43 professions , with 71 % of them
going on to work for LVMH Maisons or their part -
ners . LVMH also continues to pursue this ambition
through ongoing training for employees working in its
professions of excellence ( métiers d ’ excellence ) .
The Virtuosos program truly encapsulates this com -
mitment to recognizing and passing on exceptional
craftsmanship . These 328 expert employees in 12 coun -
tries embody the excellence of the Group ’ s professions ,
and their careers and expertise are an inspiration for
the entire LVMH community and beyond .
