“ WHERE DREAMS BECOME
CAREERS ” HEADS TO ASIA
— In 2025 , following its launch in the United States
and Europe , LVMH rolled out its “ Where Dreams
Become Careers ” employer brand campaign in Asia .
The campaign highlights inspirational career paths ,
from Shanghai to Singapore and from Seoul to Tokyo ,
with employee testimonials illustrating the diverse
range of professions within the Group , from retail
to merchandising , data , digital technology and
brand management . Each story is unique , but they
all share the same dedication , determination and
desire to grow .
The testimonials reflect the strategic importance
of the region and its markets to LVMH . By building
their careers to match their aspirations , these talented
individuals inspire others and help drive innovation
reinventing the customer experience and playing
an active role in shaping the future of their Maisons
DARE ACCESSIBILITY : INNOVATION
DEDICATED TO INCLUSION
— Launched at the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games ,
DARE Accessibility encouraged employees from
all Maisons to submit ideas to help improve physical
accessibility in stores and offices as well as digital
accessibility , develop products and services for
customers with disabilities , and promote access to
employment . A total of 240 proposals were submitted ,
40 of which were selected for implementation ,
reflecting LVMH ’ s ongoing commitment to inclusion .
A number of these proposals – including adapting
clothes to accommodate breast prostheses –
were showcased in a documentary released
on December 3 , 2025 .
