ETHICAL APPROACH FOCUSED
ON CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
The Group ’ s ethical approach is underpinned by
four key priorities :
Identifying risks
The Group ’ s activities are subject to regular risk
analysis to enable the Maisons to gain a better
understanding of their risks and ensure that anti - cor -
ruption systems are rolled out effectively within
their organization .
Mitigating risks
Particular emphasis is placed on training to guide employ -
ees ’ day - to - day actions and , more generally , to foster a
culture of ethics within the Group and its Maisons . An
e - learning module designed to raise awareness of the
principles underpinning the LVMH Code of Conduct was
rolled out to the Maisons in the second half of 2024 .
The Group also rolled out a mandatory e - learning module
to raise employee awareness about combating corrup -
tion , alongside training initiatives implemented by the
Maisons . In the fourth quarter of 2025 , an additional
version of this e - learning module , tailored to retail func -
tions and risks in stores , was launched by the Group .
In addition , the Maisons assess the integrity of third
parties with which they do business in order to identify
any risks and take any necessary remedial measures .
Detecting compliance failures
Employees and external stakeholders are asked to
report any ethical concerns . In addition to the existing
reporting channels within the Maisons , the Group ’ s
employees and stakeholders have access to LVMH Alert
Line , an online whistleblowing platform for securely
and confidentially reporting any situation that may
constitute a violation of laws , regulations or internal rules
of conduct . To ensure that the ethics - related measures
it has implemented are effective , the Group has estab -
lished a series of internal controls relating to the preven -
tion of corruption and money laundering and compliance
with international sanctions .
Correcting compliance failures
If any compliance failures are detected , corrective
measures are adopted and action plans are implemented ,
with the aim of continuously improving the ethics pro -
gram . Employees who violate the Group ’ s internal rules
will be subject to disciplinary sanctions , which may
extend to dismissal .
SPECIFIC GOVERNANCE
AND GUIDELINES
FOR ETHICAL ISSUES
The LVMH Code of Conduct , which serves as a common
core of ethics for the Group and its Maisons , outlines
the rules to be followed by all employees as they
go about their work , in relation to ethics , integrity ,
corporate social responsibility and environmental pro -
tection . The Group ’ s Anti - Corruption Charter , which
expands on the Code of Conduct , forms the bench -
mark framework for preventing corruption , using spe -
cific examples to illustrate different types of prohibited
behavior and providing employees with guidance on
appropriate responses .
The Group has a dedicated governance structure
that ensures its values and ethical standards are
applied at the operating level . In particular , the Ethics
& Compliance Department works with its network of
correspondents within the Maisons to define and
coordinate LVMH ’ s ethics policy with regard to the
prevention of corruption and money laundering and
compliance with international sanctions . As of 2026 ,
it also coordinates a Task Force consisting of the main
Group departments involved in duty of vigilance
topics . The Group ’ s progress is regularly presented to
the Board of Directors ’ Sustainability & Governance
Committee , whose role is to ensure compliance with
the values on which the Group bases its actions .
Ethical approach
The Group has established principles and rules
of conduct that must guide the day - to - day conduct
of all its employees and partners with respect to ethics
as well as social and environmental responsibility .
