Launch of the LVMH Prize
for Young Fashion Designers
LVMH has always been committed
to supporting the talent of tomorrow .
Each edition of the LVMH Prize for Young
Fashion Designers recognizes the talent
of a particularly outstanding designer
selected by a judging panel made up of
creative directors from the Group ’ s Maisons .
Opening of Hélios , the Perfumes &
Cosmetics division ’ s research center
Located in the heart of France ’ s Cosmetic
Valley , Hélios is a major perfumes and
cosmetics technology hub . In six separate
buildings across 18 , 000 square meters , the
center houses 250 researchers representing
more than 20 areas of cutting - edge
expertise in an open - plan work environment
designed to foster interaction .

Opening of the Fondation Louis Vuitton
Designed by architect Frank Gehry
and located in Paris ’ Bois de Boulogne ,
the Fondation Louis Vuitton supports
contemporary artistic creation in France
and abroad and aims to make it accessible
to the broadest possible audience through
a permanent collection , temporary
exhibitions , art commissions and a busy
schedule of events spanning multiple
disciplines with a notable emphasis

the customer experience to younger
generations and those seeking reskilling
opportunities , in partnership with prestigious
schools and universities and LVMH
Group Maisons .

This charter , implemented together with
Kering , reflects the two groups ’ commitment

Since its first edition in Dubai , LVMH Watch
Week has been held in a different location
