Structure of the Centre of Expertise ( CoE )

At the core of our CoE sit descriptions of the Freight Flow Coalitions , the

strategies and tools we developed and used – building blocks and

supporting actions – as well as the trainings we conducted .

These components are arranged like the structure of a house ( see

right ) , supported by a wealth of additional material like videos , audios

and downloadable pdfs :

• Chapter Housekeeping serves as introduction to the Centre of

Expertise ,

• FFC Portraits provide background on our eight FFC ;

• Five chapters on major dimensions of FFC provide the Building

Blocks of the CoE structure ;

• Supporting Actions inject „ life “ into the Building Blocks ;

• We implemented a number of trainings to multiplicate InnoWaTr ´ s

results

• Extensive Back - up material provides links to complementing

projects

The CoE shall make it easy for you to delve into our experience and to
